Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us at The Broken Spud Boutique. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are willing to help. Please go over the order once receiving the package to ensure none of the items are damaged, or if you have received the wrong product so we can fix any issues.
Return: You may return any regular priced unused items within the first 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The item or items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all of the tags attached. You have to pay for the shipping return label.
Exchanges: We do not offer any exchanges.
Exceptions/non-returnable items: Certain types of our products cannot be returned, such as customizable items. For hygiene reasons jewelry cannot also be returned. Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Again, you have to pay for the shipping return label.
How to return: Email us at thebrokenspudboutique@gmail.com with the order number and the product/s you wish to return. Please make sure your item/s are back in the box you have received our products in, and that all of the item/s are in the original condition you have received them in. Our return address is 129 Butcher Lane Woodland, PA 16881. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days once we receive your return and have carefully inspected and gone over your order. If the order is damaged etc., we will let you know if your refund will be approved or not. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and again we also do not do any exchanges at this time.
