Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations, New York, Massachusetts, Alaska, and Internationally.

MINORS: This site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
Pepper Spray Policy, Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations, New York, Massachusetts, Alaska, and Internationally. Due to the regulations, we cannot ship pepper spray internationally.
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business days. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time. Please note these are only estimates, we are not responsible for any shipping delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us at thebrokenspudboutique@gmail.com or by phone at (814) 762-7372 within one day to report the issue.
